Siem Reap, Cambodia: Strolling Around Angkor Wat - Heritage Tour

A Cambodian escapade wouldn't be complete without visiting the world-famous Angkor Heritage Park. It is conveniently located in the heart of Siem Reap City, and accessible by Tuktuk from the city central. A day will not be enough to visit each and every temple in Angkor Park!

TRAVEL TIP: When having your Angkor Heritage Park tour, make sure to hire a Tuktuk for the whole duration of the trip because the temples or locally known as "Wats" are located far from each other.

Siem Reap, Cambodia: Khmer Food Frenzy - Food Review

It's been a month that has passed since I did my Thailand-Cambodia backpacking escapade, and yet my hang-over with Cambodia is still within me. I'm just fascinated with their country's culture, tradition, and of course food tastes. I even tried searching for a Cambodian restaurant around Metro Manila to satisfy my taste bud's desires!

Besides knowing a country's culture and daily ways of living, another thing on my backpacker list is to taste as much local foods as possible and appreciate their diversity of flavors. I've tried a lot of foods in Cambodia and it's like a mix of Thai-Filipino-Indian tastes actually.

Bangkok, Thailand: Transportation Made Easy

I want to be a certified backpacker; well at least I’m trying to be one...

I want to experience exploring in a new place with all my things just packed in my backpack. Thailand is a popular destination for backpackers and I thought this will be a good start for me to be one.

TRAVEL TIP: Ride all the local transportation as much as possible, be closer to the local people, and get acquainted with the place’s culture, up close.

I want to share with you how transportation system is like in Thailand’s capital city, Bangkok. It’s good to see that even though Bangkok has progressed greatly over the years, they still haven’t seized their early mode of transportation, the Bangkok State Railway. Now I agree with the ideas I've known before that train systems are the city’s road to industrialization.

Bangkok, Thailand: A Taste Of Thai - Food Review

Yes, FOOD is important to me! :)

Before going to Thailand, I did beforehand my slightly "extensive" research about their country's finest delicacies and popular local dishes. I've read a lot of sources saying Thailand's dishes are bursts of each and every flavor. Interesting, right?!

Well, I've considered all the online comments I've read and listed down the must-eat foods, and now it's my time to give my verdict!
