Boracay Island, Aklan: My To-Do List of Activities

Being one of the top Philippine tourist destination and having the country's most-famous white-sand beach, there are still more to-do things Boracay Island can offer besides being "just a beach". Boracay Island has been my most-visited beach on my list...

Why? Beside the fact that it is very accessible from my province, Negros Occidental, there are still something more Boracay have that I haven't experienced yet. As years passed, more and more tourists crowd the island, majority South Koreans, and more new to-do things to be added on my list.

Here's a bucket list of activities you can try:

  9. Hi Danilo. Great post! My friends and I will be heading over in Feb. Just wanted to ask you if the prices you stated are prices from beach/street vendors or are the prices from Danny? I'm currently planning our itinerary and still deciding if it's better to get these activities from hotels/agents or just head straight to the beach and get it there. Also, since its the peak season, how much more expensive do you think it will be compared to the prices you stated? Thanks Danilo! Happy New Year btw! Cheers!

    1. Hey there! Thanks for enjoying my Boracay posts.. :)

Well, I suggest you to approach the tour guides along the beach as they are relatively cheaper than hotel rates (which are normally fixed already). I can't quite say though how much cheaper it is but I believe it should be..

Well you're right because Peak Season in Boracay is from December to May and prices for the activities are usually more expensive by few hundreds.

Where will you stay by the way?

      Keep Traveling!

    2. Hey! Thanks for the quick response.

We'll be staying at Luxeview Hotel near Bulabog beach. Unfortunately, we've only got 4 full days to explore Boracay, so we've got to find a way to squeeze in some water sports, island hopping, some land activities and some time to just chill and relax by the beach.

Anyway thanks for the info btw! Do kindly let me know if I should take note of anything in particular or any other tips I may not know of about Boracay.

      Cheers!

    3. Try the Flyfish, Parasailing & Island Hopping. Also never miss riding the ATV up the Ocean Tower as the ride is memorable!

Tips? enjoy to the fullest, and party hard too! Station 2 is where most bars are located.

Lastly, suset view at Station 1, and ofcoz beach bumming :)

    2. Hi! We were able to do the some activities at boracay with mang danny last mar 30 to april 2, 2014. We were able to enjoy our stay in boracay because he is nice and easy to talk to. The only problem we had was when he wasn't able to give us the cd and pictures of our helmet diving(we did this on mar 31) before our departure (april 2). We tried to contact him before our departure but he was unreachable. It was too late before we got his text that he will drop the cd and pictures on our accommodation. Sayang.

  19. Just went back from boracay yesterday. ATV price is 700 already. Bigla sila nagtaas depende sa dami ng tao na pumupunta. Rate of parasailing is 1,500 per head pero nakuha lang namin ng 1,250. I recommend Kuya Nino as your guide. He offers cheap rates. Siya lang nagbigay ng 1,250 for Parasailing. yung iba ayaw magpatawad sa 1,500. His number is 09158722855
